1⁄2 oz ANGOSTURA® cocoa bitters
1 1⁄2 oz passion fruit puree
4 oz prosecco
4 fresh mint leaves
Gently tap mint and place into glass. Add ANGOSTURA® cocoa bitters, passion fruit puree and crushed ice. Mix with long spoon, then top up with chilled prosecco. Garnish with mint sprig.
