Created by Angostura’s Chief Mixologist, Raymond Edwards, this cocktail is a twist on the early 1900s classic – the Side car. An explosion of exotic spices, rum and citrus, this flavorful variation makes for excellent company.
1 oz Angostura® 5yr old
1 oz Amaro di ANGOSTURA®
.5 oz Dry Orange Curacao
.5 oz Lemon juice
2 dashes ANGOSTURA® aromatic bitters
Garnish: Lemon Wheel and Brandied Cherry
Place all ingredients into cocktail shaker with cubed ice, shake well then strain into chilled cocktail glass.
