Ingredients

1 oz Angostura® aromatic bitters

1 oz fresh lemon juice

1 oz Demerara syrup*

1 egg white

Glass:

Coupe or Sour

Method

Dry shake, then shake with ice and double strain into a chilled sour glass.
*Demerara syrup: 1 part Demerara sugar, 1 part hot water. Stir to dissolve.
