INGREDIENTS:
30ml Brandy
30ml Orange liqueur
30ml Orange juice

METHOD:

The Siegert brothers decided to enter a competition to get their brand some press, and decided to do a rebrand. One brother designed the new bottle, while another brother designed the new label. The problem? Neither thought to ...consult the other about how to size them. By the time they realized that the label was too large for the bottle, it was too late to start over; they entered the competition anyway.

Though the Siegerts ended up losing the competition, one judge advised the brothers to keep the design exactly as it was. This, the judge said, would ensure that ANGOSTURA® bitters would always stand out against the competition.

The ultimate summer cocktail is here, this Pink Dragonfruit with Pineapple is perfect for those sunny days and warm evenings.

INGREDIENTS:
6 oz pineapple juice
1 tsp pink pitaya (dragonfruit) powder
2 oz ANGOSTURA® 1919 rum
2 dashes ANGOSTURA® orange bitters
A splash... of soda water
Pineapple wedge for garnish

METHOD:
In a cocktail shaker, dissolve the dragonfruit powder in the pineapple juice.
Add the rum, bitters and ice, then shake well.
Strain into a tall, narrow serving glass. Add ice if desired.
Top with a dash of soda water and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
