AMARO SPRITZ

1⁄2 oz Amaro Di ANGOSTURA®

3 oz prosecco

1⁄2 bar spoon ginger syrup

6 dashes ANGOSTURA® cocoa bitters

METHOD

Pour ginger syrup and chilled Amaro di ANGOSTURA® into chilled wine glass. Top up with chilled prosecco, then add ANGOSTURA® cocoa bitters.

GLASSWARE: Wine glass
GARNISH: Dehydrated orange wheel.
