After Eight Mojito
Ingredients
2 oz ANGOSTURA® White Oak Rum
1 oz Lime Juice
¾ oz Simple Syrup
10 Mint Leaves
Club Soda
6 Dashes ANGOSTURA® cocoa bittersMethod
In a collins glass, muddle the mint lightly with simple syrup and lime juice to release the oils. Add rum and 6 dashes ANGOSTURA® cocoa bitters. ¾ fill the glass with crushed ice, then mix. Repack with crushed ice and top with club soda. Garnish with a mint sprig.
