Ingredients
2 oz. Amaro di ANGOSTURA® 1 oz. Ginger Syrup
0.75 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
4 Slips Fresh Ginger
Top with Club Soda
Method
In a Mixing Glass muddle fresh Ginger slips with Ginger Syrup. Add remaining ingredients along with ice, shake vigorously and double-strain over ice into a Collins glass. Top with soda water and garnish with a lemon wheel and a brandied cherry.
