2 oz Angostura White Oak Rum
1 oz Lime Juice
¾ oz Simple Syrup
10 Mint Leaves
6 Dashes Angostura® cocoa bitters
In a collins glass, muddle the mint lightly with simple syrup and lime juice to release the oils. Add rum and 6 dashes ANGOSTURA® cocoa bitters. ¾ fill the glass with crushed ice, then mix. Repack with crushed ice and top with club soda. Garnish with a mint sprig.
